About Amanda

I began my career in 2003, and have had a private practice providing individual, family and couples counseling for over 15 years. I work with clients, in person and virtually, with a variety of life issues and stressors, and have extensive training and work in the areas of

My approach utilizes many different therapeutic styles, but most importantly, warmth and humor. I work with my clients and create a space tailored around each person's individual needs and values.

Working in the community for over 15 years has allowed me to develop strong connections in Fairfield County and I can assist clients with referrals to nutritionists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to help clients receive the best possible care and achieve their best selves.

I have all 3 levels of Mental Health Infertility Certifications from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine as well as completed the Components of Care and Advanced PMD trainings through Post Partum Support International.

I received my Bachelor in Social Work from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, and a Master in Social Work from Fordham University in New York, NY, where I have also worked as an adjunct professor, full time clinical professor, remote supervisor & faculty adviser.
